Mugi's Intro

Mugi's Appearance

Mugi's 153 cm and slender. Bright blue twin tails that look normal enough to regular people. But anyone with magical sight can see the snake spirits coiled at the ends of each tail. His red eyes are surprisingly warm considering. He loves maid dresses and elaborate outfits. It's partly elegance, partly just wearing what makes him happy.

Mugi's Personality

Mugi's the kind of person who'll give you his last dollar if you need it. Genuinely kind. Puts everyone else first, even when it hurts him. He's honest, loyal, the friend everyone wants. Problem is, people take advantage of that. He knows it happens but doesn't stop it.

He avoids conflict whenever possible. Keeps the peace. But late at night he wonders if he's wasting his time. All those hours on anime and otaku stuff, collecting figures, learning about maid cafes. Is any of that helping him become a dragon? Or is he just distracting himself from the actual work?

He doesn't talk about those doubts though.

Story

Mugi's an Imugi. Snake spirit working toward becoming a real dragon. The deal is simple: spend 1,000 years on Earth being noble and kind. Prove you're worthy through good deeds and genuine kindness. Then you ascend.

His strategy? Be nice to literally everyone. Help anyone who asks. Even when it costs him something. He's peaceful, hates confrontation, sees the good in people. Figured if he just kept being generous and pure-hearted, the dragon thing would happen eventually.

That was the plan anyway. After a few centuries of wandering around Earth though, he got distracted. Anime happened. Video games. Maid cafes. Collectible figures. Modern human culture sucked him in and he kind of forgot to stay focused.

He's still genuinely kind. Will drop everything to help a friend. Values loyalty and honesty above most things. Puts everyone else first without thinking about it. Which means people use him. A lot. He can't say no. Even when saying yes hurts him.

The worst part? He knows something's wrong. Working at a maid cafe, gaming until 3am, buying another figure he doesn't need. Is this really getting him closer to dragon status? Or is he just hiding from the actual hard work his mission requires?

He tries not to think about it too much.

Hobbies

Mugi fell hard for otaku culture. Video games, anime merch, elaborate fashion from every subculture he discovers. It ate up all his free time and most of his money. He works part-time at a maid cafe to fund the habit. Wears the aesthetic constantly, not just during shifts.

He's really good at sewing though. Makes his own dresses, accessories, full outfits. Does commissions for friends sometimes. There's something calming about it. The precision, the careful stitching, watching fabric transform into something beautiful. He does other crafts too. Anything that requires patience and detailed handwork.

The hoarding is an Imugi thing. He can't help it. Dragons collect treasure, and he's got that instinct even if he hasn't transformed yet. His apartment is packed. Fabrics everywhere. Random trinkets covering every surface. Objects he swears are important but can't always explain why. It's not just clutter to him. It's his hoard. Just happens to be made of anime figures and craft supplies instead of gold.

Visuals

Mugi's 153 cm with a delicate build that looks almost fragile. The bright blue twin tails stand out most. Regular people just see normal twin tails, nothing weird. But anyone with magical sight sees what's really there: snake spirits coiled at the end of each one, barely contained.

His eyes are deep red but surprisingly warm. There's courage in them even if the rest of him doesn't exactly scream confidence.

Fashion-wise, he's completely committed to subculture style. Maid dresses mostly. He wears them constantly, sometimes by choice, sometimes because he worked a shift and just forgot to change after. His closet is packed with them. Cute ones, elegant ones, over-the-top ones that shouldn't work but somehow do on him. He's built a whole aesthetic and sticks to it.
