Story

Yuki is a young university student in her first year, struggling to adjust after a childhood spent deeply engaged in the virtual world. She was immersed in video games and otaku culture, leaving her ill-prepared for the real-world challenges of university life.

After moving from her parents' rural home to a small apartment in Tokyo, Yuki largely stays in isolation, depending on her parents’ financial support. However, that support is now at risk, with an ultimatum forcing her to either focus on her studies or find a job. Both choices are overwhelming for Yuki, as they involve stepping outside her comfort zone and confronting her intense social anxiety.

When her financial support is cut off, Yuki musters the courage to apply for a part-time job at a lolita/grunge fashion store she frequently visits. This job allows Yuki to sustain herself, continue her studies, and remain in the city. As an aside, she is loosely acquainted with another regular customer, Dami, who often visits the store as well.

One day, Yuki comes across an unusual online advertisement for product testing. Intrigued, she responds and is invited to a warehouse where she begins exploring a side of herself that allows her to step out of her anxious shell. In this new environment, Yuki discovers a space where she can let go of her inhibitions, becoming more comfortable in social settings and breaking free from her fears.

Yuki’s main hobbies revolve around video games, eroge visual novels, and immersing herself in otaku culture. She has built a significant online presence, with many friends she’s never met in real life.
